What is the hourly rate?
Answer:
There is no defined hourly rate, price is determined off of the severity of needed cleaning.
Question:
What is the difference between a refurbishment, and a cleaning?
Answer:
A refurbishment would include a full tear-down, almost no piece left unturned. Each screw, bolt, and part hand cleaned and polished. A cleaning is a basic tear down. Such as all painted parts being removed along with all rubber. Then the machine is sprayed with a specialized cleaner, and scrubbed from top to bottom.

Do all services include a ribbon?
Answer:
Absolutely! Every machine that hits my table will have a fresh nylon ribbon fitted onto original spools. Cotton, and silk ribbons are also available upon request!

Do you repaint machines and parts?
Answer:
Yes! I am able to do custom colors, along with multi colored paints! Want a red Royal with white stripes? I can do it!

Do you sell and rent out typewriters?
Answer:
Yes! I have a wide selection of rental, and purchasable machines ready to roll. Please visit the Sales and Rentals, section of this page to learn more!

Do you service any electric or IBM models?
Answer:
Unfortunately, no. I currently do not accept any electric or IBM models. I do however accept all manual models.

Can I call and ask repair related questions free of charge?
Answer:
Absolutely! Anyone can call anytime within the hours of operations completely toll free. I am always happy to chat about typewriters!
